Notes for May 10

Today we'll visualize some color data gathered using a survey tool that I have deployed to Heroku. The survey is inspired by the XKCD color survey conducted a long time ago. You can submit new colors here. In an ideal world you'd embed this page right into the Heroku app, but for now we'll do it in the course page.

Our goal will be to create automatically updating visualizations that show new colors as they come in. To do this we'll make use of async functions and d3's timer library.
